Yesterday, due to the continued spread of COVID-19 the UK government implemented restricted travel and remote working measures. I wanted to make you aware that in view of the situation in the UK, Fiera Real Estate has implemented its remote working strategy as our employees and clients’ safety and wellbeing remain paramount.

From Wednesday 17th March, all Fiera Real Estate UK employees will be working remotely. This will better enable us to achieve the social distancing that the UK Government believes is so critical to slowing COVID-19’s increasing spread.

In respect of the real estate assets that we manage in the UK, we have robust business continuity plans in place to minimise any loss in operational tempo. We are in regular contact with our tenants to make sure that they also have suitable plans in place and to offer any advice and support we can.

Our remote working policy is likely to continue until advice from the UK Government changes. In any event, we will continue to update you as the situation evolves and please be assured that we are doing everything possible to minimise any disruption and maintain a high level of service.
