Fiera Real Estate announces significant changes to their senior management team

Fiera Real Estate (“Fiera”),  a wholly owned subsidiary of global investment manager Fiera Capital Corporation with over USD124.10billion in AUM has today announced some significant changes to their UK senior management team. 

Rupert Sheldon who joined in 2005 will be taking up the role of Head of Product Development and co-Head of Transactions.  Having previously been Head of Core Funds, he will now be responsible for developing and launching new real estate products in the UK.  In addition, Rupert has joint oversight across the transaction team ensuring that all fund and separate account investment requirements are successfully deployed whilst also growing the firms reach acquiring larger single asset and portfolio transactions.

Chris Button, who has been with Fiera since 2008, will assume overall control for all funds and segregated mandates as Head of Investment Management.  These range from higher return strategies involving planning, development and/or repositioning of assets to core, progressive income, investment strategies.

Patrick Freestone is promoted to the senior management team as Head of Corporate Investments and co-Head of Transactions.  Patrick will manage Fiera’s investments into its property company network, supporting their growth and profitability. In addition, he will have joint oversight across the transaction team together with Rupert. Patrick joined Fiera Real Estate in 2020 having previously been at Catella APAM and CBRE Global Investors.
