Angle Property has agreed to sell its last retail unit let to Fat Face Limited at its mixed-use Regent Place scheme in Amersham. The other sold units are let to Boots Opticians and Gatsby & Miller and together the Fat Face unit produced a total income of £195,000 pa (£25.40 per sq ft). Total sale price achieved was £2.375m reflecting 7.7% initial yield. Singer Vielle acted for Angle.
Of the 36 residential apartments developed over the retail units, only five remain available and benefit from private underground car parking and stunning first floor roof terrace.
